3D Stirfry (2025)
scans/stills, hand-painted 8mm film stripes
‘3D Stirfry’
is an experimental series of different hand-painting techniques on recycled super8 film material, not used for animation/projection but for enlarging and printing.
As a result, these 8mm stripes are printed onto large-scale format photographic and fine art papers, as well as adhesive vinyl applied onto “lightboxes”.
